Privacy policy

Controller: Orvexys, email dev@orvexys.com.

Purpose: handling contact-form requests and, where relevant, preparing a commercial proposal. Legal basis: consent and, where applicable, pre-contractual steps (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).

Data processed: name, company, email, project type, indicative budget and message. No special categories of data are requested.

Retention: as long as needed to handle the enquiry and, if no contract follows, a maximum of 24 months unless a legal duty applies.

Recipients: not disclosed to third parties except strictly necessary processors (hosting, email delivery) under a processing agreement. No routine international transfers are planned.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, via dev@orvexys.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
